CAA Academy // Visit: XC.HuA Gallery

Visit of the XC.HuA gallery at Potsdamerstr., which focusses on contemporary art from China. The sinologist Ronald Kiwitt, who was active in the Chinese art market early on with Alexander Ochs and Christie's, will give us an insight into the development of the latest Chinese art scene, together with the gallery owner Hua Xiaochan. The gallery shows works by Wu Wei, *1981 in Zhengzhou, giving evidence of the tension between Chinese tradition and the ongoing transition of the present.
