In order to enter into the minds of his audiences he sometimes uses anachronistic cinematic instruments, which he builds or unbuilds and manipulates in a special cinematic nature. He uses simple cartoons, drawn animations and short documentary films as well as light projectors and filmstrips to develop a special theater atmosphere that flirts with nostalgia. He creates creates a compelling and charming 'poetics of film throught.
