CAA Academy // Performance "SUGAR FOREVER" by Fadi al Hamwi

Invitation to the performance "Sugar Forever" vby Fadi al Hamwi on occasion of the Gallery Weekend Berlin on April 26th and 27th within the context of our exhibition "A Journey of Belonging - Part II". Fadi al Hamwis installation work "Sugar Forever" is growing since 10 days in our Bikini Berlin exhibition studio and reflects al Hamwis idea of belonging. Is it possible to gain a sense of belonging through aesthetic and physical experience? Al Hamwis sugar bricks are made in the same form as Syrian construction bricks and are thereby contradictory: a hard form but easy to destroy. The exhibition ends with the performance on saturday.
